You know that people laughed at us when we suggested packaging you could use again? Funny old world. People like to belong to something. Tired after some long days, this perked us up when we saw another likeminded traveller at Fran Josef Strauss in Muenchen. |

Chuck sends in an image of his new pride and joy, from way out west in Me-hi-co. Reusing foam to make something new for fun in the waves. Watch out for other boardriders, they may have come from other sports. Nice one mate! Watch for the guy in pink. |

Quick trip via Delhi and this laden taxi, and the team are higher then ever before, without even clicking into skis yet. Following the stars or making their own new tracks? Time will tell, but we suspect some new routes and tall tales still to come. |

Cut to the Chase |

As with so many things, building great products takes time. We have tried to be clear from the start about what we make things from, and where it comes from. Sometimes that takes some explaining, and we can see people's eyes glaze over. But the short version is not correct. The long, slow, hard route will be worth it in the end. Making Ends Meat |

Images from the mountains of friends who farm high up and are pretty self sufficient. This was the tasty end for a happy porker which lived free in the mountains. A good end. Some people are more flexible to make ends meet. Makes us realise we have far to go in our own conditioning regime. Pass the salami (home cured of course!). |

That's it. Months of training, hard work and dedication. Off to ski some new routes high in the Himalayas. Go Jimbo! 3 months will fly past. Stay safe. Send us an update. Don't forget to write! |

Mad for it |

We would once have said we were passionate about some things. Well, many things really. But this got us watching what we say. Still, we share this madness for getting out and doing things with a lot of people we meet, in some out of the way places. |

It's not easy |

Sourcing, provenance, standards, employment, growing conditions, transport, storage. It can be a minefield. Always a balancing act, trying to make the best, or better, more informed, more aware choices. Not a level playing field, not always as straightforward as it might appear. |

Getting Light? |
|
We are just beginning to sense a change. Bit more light at the end of the day, and doesn't it seem slightly less dark in the morning? Drawn to warmth when we see pictures from friends on the other side of the world, of their long days in the sun. Food for the left and right brain. It is getting lighter, the days are changing. |

Playing our kind of tune |

New sweats are here at last, after a challenging time. We want to make new music to show our happiness. Wait until you see the green ones. |

It's that man again, our very own Dave Grohl look alike. Saves the day yet again. Where would we be without him? He knows that good things come to those who do good things. Pass it on, and treat people the way you would like to be treated. |

Funny the things you do, and do not notice. Some surfing buddies sent this in with an update on their trip. Spending lots of time in the waves. We cannot say we are not jealous. Ay caramba! |

Overindulging? |

We seem to have been taken advantage of once too often by some people we thought were partners. Teeth gritted, and a realisation that things sort themselves out over time. You know the phrase we live by! Meantime, time to catch up on what we missed. Take some deep breaths. Start again with new partners who share our vision and approach. |

Thanks to our Swiss friend, AC, for this super image. He keeps it rubber side down even when the powder calls. But isn't it cold? Yeah, yeah, yeah. But he keeps getting out there and exploring. Good for the soul. |

Positive Thinking |

As a friend of SueMe lies in a bad way in a hospital far away, we all send positive thoughts. Accidents happen, but it always makes us stop and think, and be thankful for what we have. Only the next few days and the skill of medics will help, as we keep our "thumbs pressed", as our friend would say in his native language. |

Neil and his TEAM at KTA are working hard on their new venture. Great to be able to support this. Just watch your navigation. Great to see the images and videos from the KTA initiative to widen the poularity and participation in their sport. We especially liked the grassroots and outreach work they do. |

Indoors all day talking about the great outdoors. The irony. We all get the urge to escape. Meantime, thanks to everyone who makes the effort to stop by and see us, the new things, and tell us how much they like the old things they already have. |
